Insurance Policy
All vehicles on the Brizzm’s fleet are comprehensively insured. However our clients are limited to a maximum damage liability (excess) depending on the model of the vehicle. Every Traffic and Brizzm’s rules and regulations are strictly to be adhered to.
The insurance does not cover the below;
- Any Loss of items from the vehicle, including personal items. Note: Any car accessory lost at the clients’ hands will be charged to them.
- Any breakdown or damage to the Vehicle otherwise than collision.
- Injuries or loss to the client or the driver or passengers.
- Burst/damaged tyres, stolen, lost spare wheel, damaged/broken windscreen or glasses, damaged rims, tools (Including Jack & Handle), tape recorder & radio.

Mostly Mpesa is accepted through our till number

Fuel Policy
The car will be released with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. .

The client is responsible for repair of all punctures . If the vehicle requires replacing of burst/damaged tires or stolen/lost spare wheels, Brizzm Car Hire will charge the client..
What is Brizzm Car Hire Agreement
It is a written agreement that binds you and Brizzm Car Hire upon the hire confirmation, with clear stipulated do’s and don’t’s. .

What is the grace period for the due back time for a vehicle return?
The client should ensure to communicate to the Brizzm Car Hire office on any expected delay on the return of the vehicle so as to agree on the way forward
